Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching works 1:1 with an individual leader to build specific skills and behaviors. Consulting addresses systemic, organization-wide challenges through strategy and diagnostics. Facilitation brings a neutral outside voice into team sessions to surface issues your team can't easily see from the inside. Most engagements blend two or three of these depending on what's driving the challenge. We'll help you identify the right mix during an initial conversation.
-
If communication has grown strained, silos are forming, or the same conflicts keep resurfacing despite good intentions, an outside facilitator adds the neutrality and structure internal conversations often lack. A useful signal: if your team already knows what the problem is but can't seem to move past it, that's usually a sign the issue needs outside perspective, not more internal discussion.

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
It depends on the scope. 1:1 executive coaching engagements typically run 6 to 9 months of regular sessions. Team development and leadership program engagements are scoped individually based on team size, the complexity of the challenge, and organizational goals, usually ranging from a single day to a 6-to-12-month partnership.
-
Both. Many coaching relationships and smaller team sessions work well virtually, while larger team workshops and leadership retreats are often more effective in person. We'll recommend the right format based on your goals and team size.
-
Depending on the engagement, we draw from Hogan Assessments, Everything DiSC, Working Genius, the Interview 360 Assessment, and the Energy Leadership Index. Which assessments are used, and whether they're bundled into the engagement cost, is scoped as part of your proposal.
-
Training is often one-time and doesn't account for your organization's specific dynamics. Our approach integrates diagnostic frameworks, including Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team and PROSCI's ADKAR, to build a roadmap tailored to your team's actual stage of growth, paired with ongoing coaching so the change actually sticks rather than fading after the workshop ends.
-
No. We frequently work with rapidly scaling companies navigating exactly the growing pains that come with that stage: new managers leading former peers, roles and processes that haven't caught up with headcount, and founders needing to let go of day-to-day control. Team size matters less than whether you're ready to invest in the people driving your growth.
-
Pricing depends on engagement type, scope, and duration. 1:1 coaching, team workshops, and multi-month leadership programs are priced differently. The best next step is to book a consultation so we can scope what you actually need and provide an accurate proposal.
-
Every engagement starts with a clear picture of what success looks like, whether that's improved team survey results, retention, faster decision-making, or specific behavior changes in leaders. We build measurement into the engagement from the start rather than leaving impact to guesswork.
